Set a budget and whatever you do, stick to it. Planning your budget needs to be realistic, however. We all know that prior to any trip, most of us has been saving money for months. Store your spare copy somewhere safe in the hotel or inside your suitcase. Otherwise, it can be a real problem if you do not have copies. Tracking down the consulates is a waste of time, energy, and money. Try your best to avoid it.
