Keeping Yourself Healthy in Flight

Most of the time, the exact day when you are just supposed  to leave can be stressful.  You may encounter last minute packing issues, heavy traffic, delays and cancellations of lights, long queues, tiring procedures and others.  As much as possible, you prefer to arrive fresh and well on your destination. Below are some beauty and  travel health tips that you can check to keep yourself healthy and fresh while on your flight.

Know how to take care of yourself. Wear comfortable shoes and clothes.  Keep yourself hydrated by drinking the recommended amount of water.  Always stretch your arms, upper back and legs so that the blood can circulate normally. If that is a long flight, try to stand for a while or you can go to the restroom.  Bring a neck pillow, an eye mask and a headset so that you can relax and help you sleep more comfortably.

Try to minimize jet-lag.  Try to get a good sleep while on your flight.  Adjust your clock to your new time zone, so that your body will be able to adjust as well. Eat and sleep based on your new time zone.  Upon arriving on your destination, do not avoid the lights.  Fight the temptation to go to bed, go outside instead.

Use the opportunity for a self spa.  If you really intend to look revive and refreshed, try an in-flight spa.  Treat and pamper yourself by bringing your favorite brand.  You can wash your face, apply face mask and close your eyes.  Then wash it before you reached the airport.

Have some tea.  Instead of having caffeine and soda, prefer tea.  You can bring your own herbal tea as it can help you relax and stay hydrated.

Keep a happy disposition.  Nothing can still match with being in a happy mood.  Smile and stay positive no matter what you encounter.  Find the blessing in each situation and with the people you encounter.
